1. Nature of products

All products on WP Creators Hub are:

• licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL)
• developed by third-party authors
• redistributed independently by WP Creators Hub

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original developers.

Purchases provide access to files and downloads from our repository, not an official vendor license.

2. Memberships & downloads

Memberships include:

• access to the product library included in your plan
• downloads and updates from our repository
• access for the duration of your active subscription

Memberships do not include:

• vendor-provided support
• license key activation
• automatic vendor updates

3. Support

Support from WP Creators Hub covers:

• download and file-access issues
• file integrity concerns
• limited general guidance

We cannot guarantee compatibility with all themes, plugins, or hosting environments.

For advanced or vendor-specific support, please purchase an official license from the original author.

4. Refund policy

Because products are digital downloads, refunds are generally not provided once files are accessed or downloaded.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• a file is unusable and no working version can be provided
• a product listing contains a material and verifiable error

Refunds are not issued for:

• compatibility issues with themes, hosting, or third-party plugins
• change of mind or mistaken purchase
• lack of technical knowledge
• expectation of vendor support or license keys

We review all refund requests fairly.

5. Fair-use

We may restrict accounts engaging in excessive automated downloading, reselling access, or other misuse outside GPL fairness principles.

6. Liability
