Your WP Creators Hub account gives you full control over your active membership, billing details, and renewal settings. This guide explains where to manage your information and what each option does.
Where to Manage Your Membership #
You can manage your membership at any time from:
My Account → Memberships → Manage
From here you can:
- View your active membership plan
- Check renewal date & billing cycle
- See payment method used
- Review download access history
- Manage cancellation or upgrades
Viewing Billing & Payment Details #
To review billing information, go to:
My Account → Orders / Subscriptions
From this section you can:
- View past invoices
- Download receipts
- Confirm successful renewals
- Check subscription status (active, canceled, expired)
ℹ️ If you paid via PayPal, some billing changes must be made inside your PayPal account.
Automatic Renewals #
By default, recurring plans renew automatically so your download access is never interrupted.
You may:
- Keep auto-renew enabled (recommended), or
- Turn off renewal if you don’t want the membership to continue
Turning off renewal does not cancel your account immediately — it simply prevents the next billing cycle.
What Happens If a Payment Fails? #
If a renewal payment fails:
- We’ll retry the payment automatically
- You’ll receive a notification email
- Download access may be paused if payment cannot be completed
You can update your payment method and restore access instantly from your account page.
