Your needs may change over time — and your WP Creators Hub membership can change with you. This guide explains how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan safely.
Upgrading Your Membership #
You can upgrade at any time from:
My Account → Memberships → Upgrade
When upgrading:
- Your new plan becomes active immediately
- The cost is prorated (you only pay the difference)
- Your billing cycle resets based on the upgrade date
Common upgrade paths:
- Premium → Lifetime (one-time payment, no renewals)
⬇️ Downgrading Your Membership #
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
To downgrade, go to:
My Account → Memberships → Change Plan
You will retain:
- Access to your current plan until renewal
- All downloads already saved to your device
After the downgrade starts, your new limits and features will apply.
Canceling Your Membership #
To cancel auto-renew:
My Account → Memberships → Cancel
Canceling will:
- Stop future payments
- Keep your membership active until the current period ends
- Preserve access to any plugins you purchased individually
Canceling does not delete your account.
You can reactivate your membership anytime.
Tip: Purchased Plugins Remain Yours #
If you previously bought a plugin as a one-time purchase, you will continue to have access to that product — even if your membership ends.
Membership only affects:
- Download access limits
- File library availability
- Member-only benefits
