Creating Your Account and Accessing Your Downloads

This guide walks you through how to create your WP Creators Hub account, activate your membership, and access your downloads.

Creating Your Account #

You can create an account when:

• Purchasing a membership, or
• Registering from the account page

You’ll be asked to provide:

• Your name
• Email address
• Account password

Once complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Now you can begin managing your account.

Activating Your Membership #

After checkout:

• Your membership becomes active immediately
• You’ll be redirected to My Account → Downloads
• Your plan determines the number of files you can access

If payment fails or is pending, access will be paused until resolved.

Where to Find Your Downloads #

Go to:

My Account → Downloads

From here you can:

• Download plugins and themes
• View version numbers
• See update dates
• Access download history

Files are provided as standard .zip archives ready to install in WordPress.

Device & Access Limits #

You may log in from multiple devices — however:

• Sharing accounts is not permitted
• Excessive or suspicious activity may trigger a security review

This helps protect the platform and members.

If You Can’t Access Downloads #

Common reasons include:

• Membership expired
• Failed renewal payment
• Account email mismatch
• Browser caching or login timeout

First try logging out → clearing cache → logging back in.

If the issue persists, contact support and include your order number.
